They have the awesome responsibility of looking after our wee gang (Tess the Newfoundland, Isla the Lurcher, Chilli & Basil the cats, and Haggis & Neeps the guinea pigs) and they really are good. |

Stephen & Linda are a local couple who own and run Kingdom Trophy Pet Foods. The Trophy food is made with only one protein source (eg salmon, or lamb) so if, for example, your dog has problem skin, it's very easy to identify the problem and try a different food. If you look on the list of ingredients of other types of food, even the most expensive, you'll see "Meat and animal derivatives" - if that happens to include something your your dog is sensitive to, then it's no good for them! Trophy foods are made with meat graded for human consumption, and they are highly digestible, so therefore less "waste" is produced (a dog owner's favourite subject!!). Trophy foods are delivered free to your door, and if you dare to let your dog look in the back of their van you'll see that they also sell treats, chews & toys!

The guys at Dogcoats were fantastic when Isla our wee Lurcher needed a warm but light coat in a hurry last winter. (She'd needed stitches after hurting herself when she was running at top speed in the woods, so she was feeling the cold more than usual.) I ordered a fleece-lined Kennel Coat from them, told them what had happened and asked if the order could be processed as quickly as possible. Although this was obviously a very busy time for them, they rushed our order through & Isla was very soon as warm as toast in her new wee jacket! Thanks to Mike and all the staff at Dogcoats - true "dog people" really are the best!
